Tasks

• To create and maintain a Test strategy and overall test framework

• To be overall responsible for all activities related to testing

• To lead test workstreams on customer projects

• To create high-level test plans for individual projects and to follow up with the teams

• To present test strategy and approach on steering boards and customers

Skills

• Strong (minimum 5 years) experience in test management in large scale international software programs

• Solid knowledge of testing and test management principles and methodologies, e.g. ISTQB or TMAP

• Knowledge of test automation and DevOps

• Experience in test and test process development

• Experience in agile development models, e.g. Scrum/SAFe and Kanban

Other

• Great understanding of software testing principles

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression

• Attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Good time-management skills
